Dear Guests, we present with immense pleasure
our gastronomic proposal. Forget
one's origins is a "mortal sin", so
our intent since 1989 is to offer you
the classic Aietana cuisine: simple, but full of
flavors and culture of a territory with a vocation
mainly agro-pastoral. Fresh made pasta
by hand, agricultural products, meats, meats and cheeses
typical of the place represent the basis of ours
culinary tradition, which from this year is enriched
with the addition of an entirely new menu
of fish.
